Passion becomes Observing

What this change means

Wind moves over the Earth as the fourth, fifth and top lines change, and the thunder above softens into a breeze. Both judgments carry equal weight. Passion's speaks of a drive you can share with others to accomplish big things, if you look after their needs. The resulting hexagram, 20 Observing, asks you to observe before acting. You're a source of inspiration for others right now, and you also need to watch those who inspire you; that lets things unfold at the right time. This is passion paused for reflection. Before launching the next push, look around. Notice how people respond to you, and what you can learn from those you admire. Visit, listen, take note. Your example speaks even when you're still, so let it.
