What this change means

Wind passes over the earth when the third, fourth and fifth lines move. The two judgments weigh equally. The Traveler speaks of new places and a time of change, of small achievements and a flexible, gracious attitude. The resulting hexagram, 20 Observing, asks you to look before you act. You may be inspiring others right now, and you also need to watch those who inspire you; that lets things unfold at the right moment. For a traveler, observing is the first skill. Learn the customs, notice who's who, and see how things are done before you step in. People are watching you too, so your example matters. Take your time, look carefully, and act when you understand the ground. The more you see, the less you'll need to correct later.
