Simplicity becomes The Tribe

What this change means

Wind comes out of Fire as the first, fifth and top lines move, the picture of a hearth whose warmth spreads through a house. The starting and resulting judgments share the weight. From the first comes a plea for modest, fair conduct without show. The resulting hexagram, 37 The Tribe, says that right relationships, with everyone in their place and fully playing their role, move things forward and make success last. It adds that your words need to match your actions to come across as genuine. Humility fits here as a household virtue. In a family, a team or a group, modest conduct sets the tone more than speeches do. Put something real into what you say and something steady into what you do. Take your own role seriously, respect the roles of others, and let the whole hold together through consistency.
