The other asks you to observe before you act. Right now you inspire others, and at the same time you need to watch those who inspire you; that lets things unfold at the right moment. Together they counsel a watchful pause. Don't rush to spend or to act. Look carefully at the situation, at who's looking to you and whom you look to. Let the timing reveal itself. When it does, your reserves will be there.

Observe before you act. Right now you're a source of inspiration for others, and at the same time you need to observe those who inspire you. This will let things unfold at the right moment, and perfectly.

Watch for the signs that tell you when it's time to stop.

When it's time to move forward, hurry: hesitating without acting will bring trouble.

There are times when restrictions that seem extreme are called for. This is an exceptional time and it needs that kind of behavior, but don't keep it up too long.
Bitter measure. Even with constancy, misfortune. Regret vanishes.
