Thrift becomes Simplicity

What this change means

A mountain hidden inside the earth: four lines move and the result is 15 Simplicity. The reading rests on the two lines that hold still, the fourth and the top. The fourth says that doing your tasks with dedication, without expecting recognition, brings great success. The top says that when something isn't right, you should hold a firm stance and do what's needed to correct it. So measure now has two sides. In your own work, be modest: do it well and let the results speak, without display. In the face of what's wrong, be firm, not accommodating. Simplicity isn't weakness. Keep things plain and fair, avoid boasting, and when something needs correcting, correct it clearly. Quiet dedication and firm limits together tend to earn lasting respect.
