The Traveler becomes Abundance

What this change means

The two ends of the figure move, the top leading the first, and Mountain and Fire become Fire under Thunder. The top line warns about getting too comfortable: forgetting you're only passing through and neglecting your purpose tends to bring problems. The first adds that pettiness and careless ease invite trouble; dignity and focus are what's needed. The resulting hexagram, 55 Abundance, describes growing toward a time of satisfaction that lasts for a while, to be enjoyed fully and let go calmly when it wanes. So plenty is on the way, and these lines tell you how to hold it. Enjoy it without forgetting it's a season, not a permanent state. Keep your dignity, keep your aim, and don't let ease make you careless.
