Stay calm, see conditions without fooling yourself, and remain alert for the right moment. So the firmness asked of you is the firmness of holding on. Don't drop the project, don't flit between options, and use the pause to get ready.

Even if you don't see much progress, success will show itself through the build-up of small actions and through seeking the support of those above you.

It's time to wait, not to act. Waiting doesn't mean standing still, though: it's a good time to prepare for the active period that's coming. A calm, relaxed attitude will lead you to success: look at the conditions without lying to yourself, and stay alert so you know when it's time to act. Destiny follows its own course.
