Abiding becomes Darkness

What this change means

Light goes into the earth as the first and top lines move. The top line leads: there's a deep, steady stillness in you now, an inner calm that lets you handle what's outside. The first line adds caution from below: stop early rather than risk an ill-judged step. The resulting hexagram, 36 Darkness, explains why both matter. It's a dark time; circumstances may force you to live alongside the wrong people. Protect yourself, keep your integrity, and don't display your light or talents openly. Go unnoticed and you'll stay safe until better times come. So your calm is your shelter. Move little, show little, and hold your center quietly. Hard times pass too, and a quiet light survives them better than a bright one that draws attention.
