The Vessel of Nourishment becomes Innocence

What this change means

Thunder under Heaven is what four moving lines make of the vessel. The two lines of 25 Innocence, the resulting hexagram, that don't move carry the meaning. The fourth says no one can take from you what's truly yours, so go on doing what's right when it's right, and you'll gather the fruit. The top line warns that forcing things before conditions are ready will lead you astray and delay what you want. So the change you've been tending needs trust and timing more than effort now. Act from a pure heart, without hidden motives, and don't try to rush the dish off the fire. What belongs to you will stay yours. Keep doing what's right, step by step, and let the right conditions arrive before you reach for the result.

The ears of the cauldron are altered; its going is blocked. The pheasant fat is not eaten. When the rain comes, regret wanes. In the end, good fortune.

  7. Line 5 of 50 The Vessel of Nourishment

Your qualities will carry you to success without your having to prove anything. Naturally, everything will go your way.

The cauldron with yellow ears and a bar of gold. Constancy is favorable.

  8. The judgment of 25 Innocence

If you act with a pure heart, free of hidden motives and without straying from what is right, true to original human nature, you'll let the blessings of heaven reach you. Otherwise you'll meet obstacles and your affairs will become difficult.
