What this change means

Fire on the Mountain, a blaze that moves on quickly: that's the image once lines one, five and six move. Renewal's judgment speaks of shedding a skin, releasing what has run its course so something new can arrive. The resulting hexagram, 56 The Traveler, describes a period of small achievements and of change, perhaps new places or situations that ask you to adapt. Balanced, these two say the renewal may take you somewhere unfamiliar. Travel light. Let go of attachments, keep a flexible attitude, and be gracious as you make new connections. This isn't the time for big achievements, so don't measure the change by grand results. Measure it by how well you adapt and how easily you move. Your situation will settle in time; for now, lightness and courtesy are the best equipment.
