What this change means

Wind comes out of Fire as the second, fourth and top lines move, and with three lines changing, the two judgments carry equal weight. Overflowing describes a buildup of tension, to be named carefully and eased with generosity. The resulting hexagram, 37 The Tribe, speaks of right relationships, with everyone in their proper place and fulfilling their role, and of words that match actions so they ring true. Together they point to the circle closest to you, at home, at work or wherever you belong. The pressure may come from roles that have blurred. Clarify them gently. Say what you mean and then do it, so trust can grow back. Give generously within the group. When each person knows their place and their part, the tension tends to ease on its own.
