What this change means
Wind following wind: four lines move, and both Earths soften into air that reaches everywhere. Look then to the still first and fourth lines of the resulting hexagram, 57 Gentleness. The first warns against indecision: going forward and back will delay your success, so firm, decisive action is better than wavering. The fourth says you can respond to what the moment needs, so proceed, unhurried yet without stalling. That's a useful corrective to so much yielding. Gentleness doesn't mean hesitating forever. Choose your path, then keep to it steadily. Move at an even pace, neither rushed nor stalled. Seek the support of people above you when it helps. Small, consistent steps in one direction tend to add up to a success that no single push could deliver.
