Transformation · line 5
Success in Small Matters becomes Attraction
What this change means
The fifth line alone moves, and its image is thick clouds that don't yet bring rain, and a prince who shoots a corded arrow to take what is hidden in a cave. In plain terms, your humility helps you find people who will act on your behalf. You don't have to do everything yourself; what you reach for can be brought within range by others. When this line changes, the Thunder above becomes a Lake resting on the mountain, and the resulting hexagram is 31 Attraction. It says good results come as you stay open and receptive, letting people approach who will support you generously and without self-interest. So the counsel is to be the kind of person others want to help. Ask without pride, receive without grasping, and let the right collaborators come close. The rain may take time, but the clouds are gathering.
