Transformation · line 1
Abundance becomes Success in Small Matters
What this change means
Only the bottom line stirs here, and it carries the whole reading. Abundance describes a season of fullness that grows for a while and then wanes, and this first line says the moment is favorable but won't reward a half-hearted effort: it asks for determined, energetic work if you want the results to grow. In the old image, you meet a partner who matches you, and going forward earns esteem. As Fire below turns into Mountain, the bright push meets something still and solid. The resulting hexagram, 62 Success in Small Matters, sets the scale: this is a time for modest achievements, and reaching past your present means and resources tends to waste the effort. So put real energy in, but aim it at what's within reach. Do the near work well and with drive, and let the bigger ambitions wait until the moment widens.
