What this change means

Beneath the mountain a spring breaks out: four lines shift, and the bottom and third lines of the resulting hexagram, 4 Immaturity, which do not shift, become the guide. The first says help will come, but you have to apply what you're told, and choose guides who demand a lot of you without being domineering. The third says not to submit to strong personalities who belittle you. The resulting hexagram asks you to see that you don't yet have the maturity your goal requires: be humble, seek counsel and put it into practice. Coming from Meeting, the gathering becomes a place to learn. Find teachers, not masters. Take advice seriously and act on it. But keep your dignity, because someone who makes you smaller isn't helping you grow. Learning from the right people, and doing what you learn, is the step this movement asks of you.

It's a time to take on important things, do some kind of spiritual practice, and prepare in case anything unexpected happens.

    Success. The king comes to his temple. It is favorable to see the great person. Success. Constancy is favorable. Offering large animals brings good fortune. It is favorable to have somewhere to go.

    Hidden networks are at work so that you meet like-minded people. Let circumstances guide you and connect with your inner self.
