Passivity becomes Transition

What this change means

Fire stands above Water as the second, fourth and top lines move, and every line in the figure stands out of place. Both judgments are weighed evenly. 2 Passivity asks you to be guided and to keep patiently at your work. The resulting hexagram, 64 Transition, says things are coming together for success, but some pieces haven't fallen into place; stay alert so you don't make mistakes born of immaturity, even after you seem to have arrived. So this is the middle of a crossing. The patience you've practiced is what you need now, because rushing at a threshold is how errors happen. Sort things carefully. Put each in its place. Accept guidance where you're less experienced. Don't stop and hesitate halfway, either. Steady, attentive progress tends to bring you across.
