You have an inner strength that can draw people toward shared goals and shared well-being, linking them like a chain. The first line keeps that strength honest: if a wish to manipulate creeps in, it will be exposed. Leading others well means having nothing to hide. The resulting hexagram adds humility. You may still lack the maturity this goal requires. So ask for guidance, seek advice, and put what you're told into practice. Strength and sincerity are a good start, but not the whole of it. Being willing to learn, openly and without pretending you already know, is part of what makes people trust you.
