Renewal becomes Advance

What this change means

Sunrise over open ground: with the first, third, fifth and top lines moving, Fire rises over Earth. Read the still second and fourth lines of the resulting hexagram, 35 Advance. The second says that if the person you asked doesn't help at first, there's no reason to be discouraged: stay open, keep at it, and that same person may come through. The fourth warns against piling up wealth or power only for yourself as you advance, since that would block your progress. So the renewal has turned into forward movement. Ask for what you need and be patient with a slow first answer. As things improve, keep your gains moving outward, contributing to others' growth. Progress stays open when it isn't hoarded, and the help you receive tends to be matched by the help you give.
