The Tribe becomes Right Action

What this change means

Water over wood, a well drawn from below, takes shape as lines one, two and six move; the figure is 48 Right Action. Three lines moving means the judgments are weighed together. The Tribe speaks of right relationships, everyone in their proper place, and of words that match actions. The resulting hexagram says opportunities are on your side, but they'll do no good if you keep putting off decisions. It's about using what you already have, not chasing new things. Put together, the advice is practical. Your household, your team, already holds the resources it needs. Stop delaying. Assign the roles, decide, and put what's at hand to work. When everyone draws from the same well and does their part, there's enough for all. Postponing tends to turn a good position into a missed chance.
