What this change means
Wind coming out of fire: the fifth and top lines move, and the Earth above becomes Wind. The top leads, saying that if you persevere quietly, without drawing attention, adverse situations and the people behind them will tend to fall on their own. The fifth adds that for now you can't leave, so stay where you are, mind on your goal, profile low. The resulting hexagram, 37 The Tribe, says things move and success lasts when relationships are right, each person in their place and doing their part, and when what you say matches what you do. Put together: tend your own household while you wait out the dark. Watch for neglecting the people close to you while you focus on enduring. Steady roles and honest words hold the home together.

Constancy in hardship is favorable.
- The judgment of 37 The Tribe
Right relationships, with everyone in their proper place and fully carrying out their role, will move things forward and make success last. Your words need to match your actions so they come across as genuine.
