This is the full reversal of 20 Observing. The long look, the pause before the offering, turns into great strength and action. What you've seen is now meant to be used. Act, and keep your thoughts and deeds aligned. Watch for strength outrunning wisdom; the observation that came before is what keeps this power on the right path, and it shouldn't be abandoned now that it's time to move.
