Transformation · lines 4 and 5
Fleeting Success becomes Inner Peace
What this change means
Lake over lake: the fourth and fifth lines move, and the earth above becomes a second lake. The fifth line leads. Gather capable collaborators, value what they do and give them room to decide, and you'll reach something stable. The fourth line extends the same care downward: join the people under you and support them, and you'll stay balanced. Both lines describe leadership built on trust rather than control.
The resulting hexagram, 58 Inner Peace, speaks of calm and inner peace that let you achieve great things, with time spent among people whose energy is like yours to nourish and recharge you. It also warns against losing sight of your goals and sliding into inertia. So enjoy the company and the ease this movement brings, while keeping your aims clear. Watch for good feeling replacing direction; a team that's happy but aimless tends to lose what the favorable season offered.
