What this change means
Water above the lake, held by its banks: four lines move and the great possession learns measure. In 60 Thrift, the two still lines frame the reading. The first asks you to watch for the signs that it's time to stop. The second says that when it's time to move forward, you should hurry, since hesitating without acting brings trouble. So this is about timing in both directions. Know when to stop spending, expanding or pushing, and stop cleanly. Know too when the window to act has opened, and don't dither. Moderation isn't the same as passivity. Conserve your time, energy and resources so they're available when needed, then use them decisively. Measure applied well keeps plenty healthy and ready for challenges.
