What this change means
Only the top line stays firm while five lines change, and the figure becomes wind moving over the earth. In 20 Observing, that still line is the focus: wisdom comes from studying how the world works, how things arrive and depart. After so much movement, the advice is to watch. Wealth comes and goes; so do positions, people and opportunities. Look at those cycles in your own life and in the situation around you. What tends to rise and fall, and when? Understanding that rhythm is worth more now than any single gain. You're also an example to others, so let them see you acting from understanding rather than impulse. Observe before you move, and your actions can fit the moment instead of fighting it.
